Oratory (Public Speaking)

Ivy Village enhances students’ oratory skills through classes taught by professional foreign teachers and guest sessions with debate and public speaking experts. Regular debate competitions and practical exercises enable students to master presentation techniques and improve their public speaking abilities in real-world settings. Class sizes are kept small, with no more than five students per teacher, to maximize individual attention.

Creative Writing

lvy Village’s Creative Writing Workshop provides students with practical, real-world ideas drawn from history, philosophy, psychology, and international literature. Using Ivy Village’s unique cross-referenced database, students acquire an in-depth knowledge of facts, concepts and essay writing models, allowing them to develop writing skills necessary for school and to compete in international essay competitions.

Extra-Curricular Essay Coaching

Ivy Village provides comprehensive support for students preparing essays for the prestigious quarterly history journal The Concord Review(TCR). From topic selection to final submission, students receive expert guidance to significantly improve their chances of publication.
